  • Honourable Steve Ashton has been appointed Minister of Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation, while Lance Vigfusson has been appointed Deputy Minister.
  • Honourable Paula J. Biggar has been appointed Minister of PEI Transportation, Infrastructure and Energy, while John MacQuarrie has been appointed Deputy Minister.
  • Alberta's 17th Premier, the Honourable Rachel Notley, has appointed the Honourable Brian Mason as Minister of Transportation, Minister of Infrastructure and Government House Leader. 
  • Doug McNeil has been appointed Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Winnipeg. 
  • Terry Bidniak, Manager, Design and Construction has retired from the Government of Yukon Highways and Public Works. Former City of Whitehorse Director of Infrastructure and Operations Brian Crist will now assume this role.
  • Patrick Leclerc will replace Michael Roschlau as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Urban Transit Association effective June 15.
  • SNC-Lavalin has appointed Neil Bruce as Chief Operating Officer to streamline operations across all markets with a goal of further improving operational efficiency. The Board of Directors also appointed Lawrence Stevenson as the new Chairman.   
  • Carla Christofferson is the new Executive Vice-President and General Counsel for AECOM.
  • Steve Smith has replaced Bentley Ehgoetz as President of the Ontario Hot Mix Producers Association.
  • Le Groupe Morneau has announced the nomination of Danielle Brouard as Executive Director of Morneau Solution.  This company specializes in dedicated transport, warehouse outsourcing and private fleet management.
