There are a number of ways for organizations and individuals to get involved with the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC).
Organizations that have interest in the transportation and roadways sectors and are governments, associations, educational institutions, suppliers, contractors, consultants, offer transport or terminal services, manufacturers, distributers, and the like, should become a TAC member and/or check out TAC’s sponsorship opportunities. Organizations may also place a job posting on the Job Postings page of TAC’s website.
Individuals who are employed by TAC member organizations are eligible to receive all of the benefits of membership. Request an employee account to ensure that you are identified as a TAC member to receive preferred pricing on publication purchases, conference and event registrations, and more. Employees and individual members may also want to join the 800+ others that volunteer on TAC’s technical committees. As part of the Association and a committee member, you will have the opportunity to communicate and work with other professionals in your field, share information on emerging issues and stimulate research and development. Most TAC committees are open to new members, depending on their current numbers and composition.
The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) is a not-for-profit, national technical association that focusses on road and highway infrastructure and urban transportation. Our mission is to work together to share ideas, build knowledge, promote best practices, foster leadership, and encourage bold transportation solutions.
