Reporting to and working closely with the Director, Technical Programs, the Program Manager, Learning and Development drives the strategy, design, and delivery of TAC’s national technical learning program. You will recommend the program’s direction, plan courses and webinars, manage development projects, collaborate with subject matter experts, promote training, and host events.
Success in this role means that you’ll apply your in-depth knowledge and transportation technical expertise to identify and prioritize emerging issues. You will complement this technical acumen with strong program management skills and a learner-focused mindset to help create impactful, engaging learning experiences. Your strategic input will help advance TAC’s mission while supporting its business objectives. You may also support one or more TAC councils by working with executives, members, and committees to advance their work plans and manage pooled-fund projects.
