REGISTRATION OPENS IN MAY

The 2020 TAC Conference & Exhibition will take place in Vancouver, B.C., September 27-30 and will be held at the Vancouver Convention Centre (East Building).

Conference delegates can select among several registration options that include technical programming (technical tours, sessions, panel discussions and workshops) as well as social, professional and networking events for over three and a half days.

Technical tours will require separate registration. More conference program information and details will be posted as they become available.

STUDENT GRANT

A student grant will be offered to graduate and undergraduate (university and college) students in transportation-related disciplines to help them attend the Conference. Students must apply by August 12. Online applications will begin in Spring 2020.

Options & Fees

The registration fees listed below are in Canadian dollars and do not include 12% tax.
For budgeting purposes; subject to minimal changes until April 2020.

Tickets to events may be purchased separately at the following costs:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to secretariat@tac-atc.ca by the dates specified in order to receive a refund.

  • Full refunds of registration and event fees issued until July 20
  • Refunds of 75% issued until August 28
  • No refunds will be issued after August 28

Transfer Policy

You can transfer your registration to another individual. Requests must be made in writing to secretariat@tac-atc.ca
