Kelly Cain has stepped into the role of TAC President, taking over from Doug Jones, who had served as the Association’s President from May 2025 until his recent retirement.
Kelly is Deputy Minister, New Brunswick Transportation and Infrastructure, with extensive experience in leadership roles in the charitable and public sectors. She has served terms on the TAC Board of Directors and its Executive Committee, developing a strong appreciation of the TAC network and the collaborative work it undertakes.
Kyle Toffan, Deputy Minister, Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways, will join TAC’s Executive Committee as Vice President, Federal/Provincial/Territorial. Other continuing officers are:
- Lon LaClaire (City of Vancouver): Vice President Municipal
- Scott Stewart (Scott Stewart & Associates): Vice President Members-at-large
- Michael Thompson (City of Calgary): Treasurer
- Sarah Wells (TAC): Executive Director and Secretary
