Application Form – deadline is February 28, 2019.

1. Complete and submit the application form which requires: 

  • An official copy of your most current academic transcript in an unalterable format, e.g. PDF, JPG (max. 2 MB file size) or via URL link.
  • A maximum two-page resumé (max. 2 MB file size).

2. Ask a professor to submit the academic reference form on your behalf.


Your application form must be submitted BEFORE any reference forms. Your application is complete once BOTH the application form (including transcript and resumé attachments) AND one (1) submission of the academic reference form have been received. Applicants may also submit the employment reference form.

If you answered 'no' to any of the questions above, you are NOT ELIGIBLE for a TAC Foundation scholarship or internship. .
If you answered 'yes' to the question above, you are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for a TAC Foundation scholarship. You MAY STILL APPLY for an internship position.
