(the “Corporation”)

The identified voting member of the Corporation appoints (the individual named below as the proxy of the member to attend, act and vote at the meeting of the members of the Corporation to be held September 17, 2025, at 11:00 am (ET), and at any adjournment or adjournments, in the same manner, to the same extent and with the same power as if the undersigned were present at the said meeting or such adjournment or adjournments thereof.

The undersigned revokes all proxies previously given in connection with such meeting.
