Ashley Tull-Foster
City of Toronto
Ashley Tull-Foster is the Manager of Workforce & Organizational Strategy in the City of Toronto’s Transportation Services Division. She is an experienced and passionate public service human resources professional whose team supports the division’s strategic goals through diverse workforce solutions. Ashley is an active member of TAC’s Workforce Development Council, Human Resources and Professional Development Committee and was a lead author of this resource.
Heather Langton
British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Transit
Heather Langton is the Director of Organizational Health and Effectiveness at British Columbia’s Ministry of Transportation and Transit. With over two decades of experience in the BC Public Service, she currently oversees the portfolio of organizational design, psychological health and safety, performance management, labour relations, culture and engagement, classification and compensation, recruitment and retention and client service. Heather is an active member of the Human Resources and Professional Development Committee and was a lead author of this resource.
