The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) has launched a new pooled-fund project to develop a comprehensive synthesis of current transportation asset management practices across Canadian provinces, territories and municipalities. The project will benchmark approaches to asset condition assessment, performance targets, investment planning, risk management and prioritization, and identify practices that offer strong returns in effectiveness, efficiency and scalability.
TAC is seeking a qualified firm or group to conduct the work. Proposals are due by 13:00 ET on October 15, 2026. View the details and download the Request for Proposals.
TAC’s pooled-fund projects are financially supported by partner organizations that also direct and oversee the work. TAC is also seeking funding partners for several other projects currently in development. Visit the list of current projects, select the status “In Development”, and contact us to discuss how your organization can get involved.
