Reporting to the Director, Member Services & Communications, you will design and create digital, multimedia and print products to support the organization’s marketing, communication, branding and publishing needs. You will help transform the technical work and priorities of the Association into a visual story that resonates with our staff, volunteers, members, partners and stakeholders.
Having a can-do attitude, being a communicative team player, and a willingness to be a ‘jack of all trades’ from a creative design perspective are essential for this role. You will be part of a small and inter-reliant staff team that values initiative, problem-solving and work-life balance as we cooperate to deliver the Association’s products, services and events. This is a full-time position with a salary of $67,500 to $77,500 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, generous paid annual leave, a pension contribution matching program, health group benefits, and professional development opportunities. This salary and benefits are offered in exchange for an eight-hour workday (e.g. 8:30 to 4:30 or similar), Monday to Friday, in a pleasant office environment. (The ability to work from home up to two days per week may be arranged.) Travel and overtime/weekend work may be required once or twice per year.
