The Urban Planning and Economy department shapes the way Edmonton grows by planning changes to its urban form, stewarding the environment, fostering prosperity, and setting corporate direction to move towards the City envisioned by the Edmontonians we serve.
Reporting to the Director, Urban Strategies, the General Supervisor, Mobility is accountable for the strategic planning for all modes of transportation and the development of integrated planning policy and strategy. This role provides guidance, technical expertise, and thought leadership in the area of mobility planning to advance the City’s vision outlined in ConnectEdmonton and the City Plan.
