The 2014 Transportation Association of Canada's (TAC) Conference & Exhibition will take place at the Palais des Congrès in Montreal, QC from September 28 to October 1.

W. H. Yeates Exhibition

TAC’s W. H. Yeates Exhibition, held in conjunction with the conference at the Palais des congrès, provides an ideal opportunity to showcase your company to members of the TAC community.

Exhibitors can:

Conference Partnerships

Partnership opportunities for TAC’s conference are still available at the Supporter and Friend levels, ranging from $1,500 to $6,000. All partners receive a multitude of benefits, specific to each level, including partner recognition on the conference website, promotional and event materials, onsite signage, ads in the delegate program, and more!  Opportunities still available include:

Supporter Level

  • Montreal Centennial Event - This event will showcase Montreal’s world-famous food and entertainment. This is the most-attended social event of the conference!
  • Conference Hotel Room Keys - Specially-designed conference hotel room keys, featuring partner logos, will be provided to delegates staying at the prime conference hotels.

Friend Level

Volunteer Ambassadors - Clothe and support the army of local volunteers that work hard to ensure that delegates have a wonderful conference experience.

Morning or afternoon coffee breaks - Delegates appreciate, and frequently visit the refreshment/coffee stations during breaks in the program, Sunday morning thru Wednesday morning.

Distributed to delegates in print format or via the conference app, the Delegate Program is a handy reference guide that provides delegates with all of the information they will need onsite about the conference event schedule, technical and networking programs, and exhibitors.
