We are saddened to learn of the death of Don Henderson. Don was a chair of TAC’s National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTC) and was involved in the development of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Canada. In his work with TAC, Don provided sound advice in preparing guidelines for geometric design, traffic calming, pedestrian standards, and temporary traffic control.
