As Colliers Project Leaders continues to attract exciting project opportunities, we are seeking Project Managers with infrastructure experience in marine and bridge works to join our team in Southern Ontario.
We are looking for a Project Manager to provide project management services to support the rehabilitation and replacement and new construction of canals, waterways, bridges (including lift bridges), dams and river engineering. The value you would bring this role is a wealth of experience leading waterway infrastructure projects of varying scope and complexity for municipal and/or provincial or federal government clients. The ideal hire demonstrates a minimum of 8-10 years of experience leading the above types of projects and is a P.Eng. PMP designation is an asset.

What you’ll need to be successful:
A minimum of five years of experience in managing construction projects related to waterway, bridge & dam infrastructure, or river engineering.
Experience preparing the following project deliverables, Statement of Requirements Preliminary Project Plan, Feasibility Reports, Investment Analysis Report, Request for Qualifications, Request for Proposal, Statements of Work including Evaluation Criteria, Identification Close-Out Document, Project Management Plan, Approval Documents, Request For Information, Contemplated Change Notice, Change Orders, Product Turn-over, Close Out Document.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Engineering Designation from a provincial or territorial association; OR
University degree or college diploma or certificate in a field related to construction;
Strong leadership skills;
Extensive client facing experience;
You have strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications;
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
