The Town of Whitby is seeking a Project Manager of Special Projects for a 3-year contract.

With a population projected to grow to 200,000 people within the next 15 years, Whitby has an exciting and aspiring future with a great deal of industry investment.

The Project Manager will undertake all facets of the Transportation and Parking Services Division’s major studies including, but not limited to, the Environmental Assessment for an Alternate Route for Highway 7/12 through Brooklin.


The Project Manager is someone that has strong multi-tasking skills, technical background and the ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. He/She should have a minimum of 7 years experience successfully leading and completing complex, multidisciplinary projects within the transportation sector.
