Booth Packages

Pre-built Pod 6’ x 6’ 10’ x 10’ Booth

Each 6’ x 6’ pre-built space includes:

  • Built-in counter
  • Two stools
  • Organization’s logo in the sign header
  • One (1) Conference registration with full conference access. A limited number of additional exhibit staff can register at discounted rates: Member $375 | Non-member $475.
  • Lead retrieval via the mobile app
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Exhibition security (overnight Sunday night and Monday night)

Each 10’ x 10’ draped1 exhibit space includes:

  • 8’ high backwall drape and 3’ high sidewall drape
  • One (1) Conference registration with full conference access. A limited number of additional exhibit staff can register at discounted rates: Member $375 | Non-member $475.
  • Lead retrieval via the mobile app
  • Wi-Fi access
  • Exhibition security (overnight Sunday night and Monday night)

Multiple 10'x 10' can be purchased and combined

PACKAGES DO NOT INCLUDE tables and chairs (excluding the pre-built pod), electrical outlets, material handling, electronic equipment, supplementary furnishing, internet connection, storage facilities, set-up and tear-down services, parking and carpet cleaning.
To note: a certificate of insurance is mandatory.

Registration Fees (exhibit staff)

Passes purchased at the discounted rates are limited to 3 per 10' x 10' and 1 per 6' x 6' Pod. 
Additional passes may be purchased at delegate rate.
