Hotel Reservation Policy

One-night Deposit
A one-night deposit (room plus tax) will be charged on a credit card at the time of booking your reservation or before Friday, July 24. Reservations can be cancelled without penalty until Friday, July 24. After this date, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Multiple Reservations
If you are reserving more than one room, you must provide the hotel with the name of the person staying in each reserved room. The same name can not be used to make more than one reservation.

Please note: TAC has contractual obligations at the official conference hotels. Staying at these hotels controls meeting costs and underuse penalties.
