Developing a Methodology for Implementing Safety Improvements on Low-Volume Roads in Montana Task VII Report: Assessing Benefits of Proposed Methodology

This report summarizes the results of task 7 for the project titled “Developing a Methodology for Implementing Safety Improvements on Low-Volume Roads in Montana.” This task aims at assessing the potential benefits of the network screening methodology developed and proposed in task 6 of this project. To that end, an economic assessment was performed in the form of benefit-cost analysis where the estimated benefits and costs of implementing the new methodology were quantified and analyzed.
