Abstract
In 2008, TAC published Best Practices for the Technical Delivery of Long-Term Planning Studies in Canada. A project has been proposed to develop the materials for a one-day workshop that would present and illustrate how this document should be best used by practitioners. The workshop is envisioned as a combination of lectures and case studies as well as sample problems.
Learning materials are needed to accompany the best practices document and to develop the case studies and sample problems that would be presented in the workshop. The objective of the project would be to develop these materials and to recommend appropriate formats and media for the workshop series that would follow.
The major project deliverable will be learning materials to support the Best Practices for Technical Delivery of Long-Term Planning Studies in Canada.
