Your application is not considered complete until the TAC Foundation has received this completed online application form AND the following three (3) items (preferably via email to foundation@tac-atc.ca)

1. at least one (1) academic reference1.*

2. an official copy of your most current academic transcript. Please send an electronic file (PDF, JPG) via email, if possible.*

3. a two-page resumé summarizing your education, relevant employment experience, achievements and interests (e.g. extracurricular activities, volunteer experience)*
