Transportation Finance Standing Committee
The Transportation Finance Standing Committee (TFSC) is concerned with collecting current issues and initiatives pertaining to innovative financing of municipal transportation infrastructure and operations, encouraging debate regarding innovative approaches to financing urban transportation infrastructure and operations, and providing support to others in their efforts to promote innovative financing mechanisms for urban transportation that are compatible with those of the Urban Transportation Council.
Doug Floyd is the current Chair of the Committee.

Innovative Transportation Finance Resource
The Innovative Transportation Finance Resource is a 'library' of information produced and maintained by the TFSC as a service for TAC members and others with an interest in innovative transportation financing information; particularly in the Canadian context. This Resource, offered in the language of the information provider, includes the following categories of information:
- Urban Transportation Council transportation finance publications;
- government legislation, regulation and policy in the federal, provincial, and local context;
- annotated links to noteworthy organizations and associations;
- projects in Canada and abroad; and
- current events.
The Resource is updated as new information in the field of innovative transportation financing becomes available to TFSC members.
