Review the following checklist and read the exhibition rules and regulations carefully.  General information on the exhibition is also available at www.tac-atc.ca.

check Payment Pay your exhibit space rental fee in full. Within 30 days of invoice date or immediately if space allocated after July 9
check Passport/Guide Include 25-word maximum description of products or services featured in exhibit booth. By August 13
check Name Badges Complete Exhibitor Name Badge Request Form if exhibit booth is staffed. By August 13
check Liability Insurance Obtain certificate of comprehensive general liability insurance, with 5 million dollars inclusive limit, indicating TAC as additional named insured for exhibition (September 26 to 28 inclusive).  By August 20 (received at TAC office)
check Conference Registration Must register for TAC conference if you wish to attend sessions, panel discussions and workshops or participate in tours.  Complete registration form to benefit from early bird rates. By August 13
check Receiving and Storage Arrange for receiving and storage of display material/packing cases with Global Convention Services As of August 23
check Audiovisual Equipment Refer to Exhibitor Service Manual or contact Kevin Thibodeau at (902) 421-8686, ext. 2152 or kthibode@avwtelav.com By September 20
check Display Rental Complete display rental requirements order form in Exhibitor Service Manual or contact Global Convention Services at (902) 425-1400 or info@globalconvention.ca By September 14
check Electrical Requirements Contact Global Convention Services at (902) 425-1400 or info@globalconvention.ca By September 14
check Telephone/Internet Contact Bell Aliant at WTCC_Events@aliant.ca to install telephone and Internet lines at additional cost.  
check Shipments Originating Outside of Canada Contact Carol Bartlett (902) 422-9666, ext. 5004 or cbartlett@livingstonintl.com to ship materials from abroad or refer to Customs Brokerage and Freight Information Services information. By September 10
check Shipping Originating in Canada Deliver domestic display materials to World Trade and Convention Centre. Only on September 26, between 09:00 and 14:00
check Special Events Purchase tickets to attend delegate luncheons, Monday evening social event and Annual Banquet on a first-come, first-served basis.
