check Liability Insurance Obtain certificate of comprehensive general liability insurance, with 5 million dollars inclusive limit, indicating TAC as additional named insured for exhibition (September 11 to 13 inclusive).  By June 30 (received at TAC office)

check Conference Registration Must register for TAC conference if you wish to attend sessions, panel discussions and workshops or participate in tours.  Complete registration form to benefit from early bird rates. By August 2

check Onsite Shipping Originating in Canada Deliver domestic display materials to Shaw Conference Centre. Only on September 9, between 08:00 and 18:00
check Shipments Originating Outside of Canada Contact Goodkey Show Services Ltd. at 1-877-726-2211 or info@goodkey.com to ship materials from abroad or refer to Customs Brokerage and Freight Information Services information. By September 10
check Special Events Purchase tickets to attend delegate luncheons, Monday evening social event and Annual Banquet on a first-come, first-served basis.
