Exhibit Space Payment Terms
TAC must receive payment in full of exhibit space rental fees within 30 days of the invoice date or immediately if space is allocated after July 9, 2010.
Exhibitors should note that they made a non-refundable deposit of $200 per exhibit space when booking. As well, no refunds of the balance of the rental fees will be issued in the event of a cancellation received after July 9.
Advertising and Promotion
Advertising and promotion must be limited to the confines of each exhibitor’s booth. TAC reserves the right to ban any objectionable items and to prevent the sale or distribution of any articles or products deemed to be unsuitable.
Restrictions
TAC reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, due to noise or any other reason, become objectionable and to close without liability to the Association the display of any exhibitor who refuses, after notice, to conform to the exhibition rules and regulations.
