TAC members save as much as $300 per delegate! If your organization is not a TAC member, send in your membership application and payment before, or when, registering for the conference and member registration rates will apply to all staff from your organization. Registration Options: What’s Included
FULL REGISTRATION: Includes admission to the technical program, exhibition, and the following functions: Welcome Reception, Monday Lunch, Local Showcase, Tuesday Lunch, Wednesday Lunch and Wednesday Evening Event.
BASIC REGISTRATION: Includes admission to the technical program, exhibition, and the following functions: Local Showcase. Tickets for other functions may be purchased separately. (See ticket prices below.)
DAY REGISTRATION: Offered Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and includes admission to the technical program, and exhibition. Tickets for other functions may be purchased separately. (See ticket prices below.)
COMPANION REGISTRATION: Includes day trips identified for companions, and the following functions: Welcome Reception, Local Showcase and Wednesday Evening Event.
STUDENT (OPTION A): For full-time students only. Includes admission to the technical program, and exhibition. Tickets for other functions may be purchased separately. (See ticket prices below.) Students must register using the fillable form AND provide a copy of their student card. First-come, first-served.
STUDENT (OPTION B): For full-time students only. Includes admission to the technical program, exhibition, and the following functions: Welcome Reception, Monday Lunch, Local Showcase, Tuesday Lunch, Wednesday Lunch and Wednesday Evening Event. Students must register using the fillable form AND provide a copy of their student card. First-come, first-served.

Incentives
- Delegates who register by the Early Bird Deadline of June 18 will qualify for a speedy registrant draw prize! The draw will take place during the Winnipeg conference.
- Delegates who register online will be entered in a draw for a free basic delegate registration for the 2014 TAC Conference & Exhibition in Montreal, September 28 to October 1st. (To qualify for this draw, delegates must complete their registration form in full and pay their fees online.) The draw will take place during the Winnipeg conference.
Tips for Gaining Management Approval to Attend the TAC Conference & Exhibition
TAC Delegate List
The conference registration form asks for delegates’ consent for their contact information (full name, title, organization name, province, email address) to be included on TAC’s delegate list which may be provided to conference delegates, exhibitors and select partners.
Payment Information
- Payment via credit card, cheque, or cash are accepted. On site delegates must pay by credit card or cash.
- Registration and other fees are subject to 5% GST.
- Delegates whose payment has not been received at the time of check-in at the registration desk in Winnipeg must pay at that time. No payment will result in no access to the conference.
- The TAC office must receive registration forms, along with full payment, by June 18 in order for delegates to benefit from early-bird registration fee rates.
- Substitutions can be made only once per registration respecting the original registration fee (i.e. early-bird, regular, late or on-site registration). Multiple substitutions on the same registration will result in a $25 administration fee per name change.
Mail cheques to TAC (with a copy of your invoice) to the attention of TAC, Accounts Receivable, 2323 St. Laurent Blvd., Ottawa, Ontario K1G 4J8 within 10 business days of your registration.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made in writing by the dates specified.
- Full refunds of registration and event fees issued until July 22
- Refunds of 75 percent issued until August 6
- No refunds will be accepted after August 6
