MONDAY NIGHT LOCAL SHOWCASE – Hockey night in Winnipeg

Recommended attire for this event is casual.

Come join us Monday evening for a hockey theme night at the Winnipeg Convention Centre.

Winnipeg Jets fans have earned a reputation as being among the loudest and proudest fans in the league – GO JETS GO! Come share your NHL passion with the rest of Canada. Wear your favourite NHL hockey team jersey as we celebrate Canada’s national sport with good food, good entertainment and good times MANITOBA STYLE!

Light appetizers will be served at the pre-game cocktail reception where guests will demonstrate their hockey skills to the upbeat music of the Blackout City Kids and DJ RPG. Try your luck at winning fabulous prizes; all proceeds will be donated to the True North Foundation, Winnipeg Jets’ local charity.

After singing our national anthem in true Jets style, the first period will consist of a memorable made in Manitoba Fall Supper, complete with Ukrainian perogies.  The stage will come alive in the second and third periods with the fiddle magic of Francophone artists Ca Claque and high energy dance of the Asham Stompers.  An overtime Celtic Rock party “shootout” will bring Hockey Night in Winnipeg to a close with local sensation, Dust Rhinos.

Shuttles will be running from the conference hotels to the Winnipeg Convention Centre.
