Exhibit Space Rental Information
Sign up now or your competitor will rent the exhibit space you have in mind!
Exhibit space (10’ wide X 10’ deep per booth) will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. However, TAC reserves the right to limit the number of booths set up by any organization.

$75 reduction per exhibit space when three or more spaces are rented.
Nova Scotia's Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 15% applies to space rental fees.
The cost of the exhibit space includes an 8’ high backwall drape and 3’ sidewall common drapes. Other equipment may be rented through Global Convention Services, information on which will be given to the exhibitor following the signing of the contract.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per exhibit space + 15% HST must accompany the request form. Requests will not be processed without the deposit. The balance of the space rental fee will be due within 30 days of the invoice date or immediately if space is allocated after July 9, 2010. Please note that no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation received after July 9.
