A welcoming reception will be given in the exhibit area on the evening of Sunday, September 26. The reception will provide you with an excellent opportunity to make some initial contacts and to finalize your on-site marketing plans.
Senior TAC representatives will tour the exhibition on the morning of Monday, September 27.
A promotional draw for an impressive gift will be held at the Annual Banquet on Wednesday, September 29. An exhibition passport will be placed in the conference package. To be eligible for the draw, the passport must be validated by at least 10 exhibitors and deposited in a drum in the exhibition area.
The exhibit area will be located next to the conference registration area and close to several major session/meeting rooms to help maintain a steady flow of delegates.
Delegates will be invited to have coffee and pastries in the exhibit area between 08:00 and 09:00 on the Monday and Tuesday mornings. Coffee will also be available at other times.
The W.H. Yeates Annual Award for the best display by a private company will be presented at the Awards Luncheon on the Monday.
