From September 22–25, more than 800 conference delegates and industry professionals will convene in Winnipeg, Manitoba for TAC’s 2013 Conference and Exhibition. Over 40 technical sessions, panel discussions and workshops will focus on this year’s conference theme, Transportation: Better – Faster – Safer.

TAC’s exhibition, held in conjunction with the conference, is your opportunity to showcase your company’s products and services directly to members of the TAC community.

Exhibitor Presentations

Exhibitor presentations will be provided at one session as part of the conference technical program to ensure increased visibility. Space is limited to five exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitor session chairs and presenters will join conference speakers and chairs at TAC’s Speakers’ Breakfast, held prior to presentations (date and time to be determined). Terms, conditions and fees can be found on the exhibit space request application form. An online version will soon be available.

Conference Registration

Exhibitors must register for the TAC conference to attend sessions, panel discussions and workshops or participate in tours. Register before June 18 to benefit from early bird rates.

Hotels & Travel Information

Special room rates are available at the official 2013 TAC Conference hotels until August 18. Room rates quoted after that date will be at the discretion of the hotel. Participants must refer to the TAC Conference when making their reservations.
