Deadlines
The following schedule must be met. Failure to meet deadlines will result in the rejection of an abstract or a full paper. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

| Review of abstracts by TAC | January 27 - February 19 |
| Tentative acceptance or rejection | Sent out as of February 25 |
| Submission of full papers for final review | May 7 |
| Full paper review by TAC | May 7 - June 11 |
| Final acceptance, rejection or need for revisions | Sent out June 11 |
| Submission of revised papers (if requested) | July 9 |
