TAC Welcomes New Project Manager

The Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) welcomes Luay Mustafa, Project Manager, as the newest member of the technical program staff.

Current responsibilities for Luay include supporting TAC’s Education and Human Resources Development Council and liaising with Chief Engineers’ Council standing committees. He will also oversee the TAC awards for technical excellence and be responsible for managing some of TAC’s pooled fund projects.

Luay holds a bachelor’s degree in Material Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad, Iraq, and a Transportation Engineering Technology Advanced Diploma from Mohawk College. Prior to joining TAC, Luay worked as a Traffic Investigations and Signals Traffic Assistant for the City of Guelph and successfully completed his transportation internship at GHD Inc. Consulting Engineers in Markham, Ontario. Luay is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
