TAC Library Upgrades Search Capability

The Library of the Transportation Association of Canada (TAC) has upgraded its public search capability for the TAC Library Catalogue, the Current Practices and Innovations database and the Canadian Surface Transportation Research database.

New features of the search interfaces include:

  • Listings of both popular topics and recently-added titles 
  • Browse by keyword or by topic – automated and connected vehicles; infrastructure investment and asset management; climate change; land use planning; and public engagement and perception 
  • Perform an advanced search – enter keywords or specific fields including title or conference name; author; year, subjects; year or type of material 
  • Pages automatically adapt/resize to be mobile-friendly
  • Subscribe to a RSS feed for latest additions
  • Helpful search tips on the Advanced Search Page
  • Save your selection list and submit a loan request
