Client Support Analyst
Salary $51,845.18 - $58,873.38 annually

This is a temporary opportunity until December 24, 2018.

The Client Support Analyst provides technical support in the procurement, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance of shared systems software/hardware platforms and ministry line of business applications and servers, including problem resolution to ministry users, customers and vendors.

Experienced at providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software, the Client Support Analyst is able to work on a variety of simultaneous problems in different computing environments. This role provides 2nd and 3rd tier support by receiving escalated calls, diagnosing and resolving problems, and collaborating with more senior staff as required on priorities or problem resolution.

Qualifications

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field, or equivalent AND
  • A minimum of one (1) year related experience.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with working experience of Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI’s) line of business applications.
  • Preference may be given to those with more experience in any of the above.
